Shipping and Processing 

Order processing takes approximately 1-2 week depending on order volume. We try our best to get your orders out with speed, we are a budding business with limited resources!

US orders will take anywhere between 3-5 business days to arrive. 

International orders may take 3-7 days to arrive. 

Of course, there are unforeseen issues with shipping that may cause delays that are out of our control. 

Returns and Exchanges

We allow refunds if an order has arrived damaged. The customer may cancel their order within 24 hours of the purchase, if said order has not already been shipped. 

We do not allow exchanges or returns on in stock items. 

Preorder items may be refunded within 5 days of the order. 

Unfortunately, we cannot replace stolen/lost packages.
